I am never able to keep a new years resolution, so I am starting it a few weeks early, that way I am already in the game when new years rolls around. My goal is to lose 40 lbs by June.....Its only 7 lbs a month I can do it.
Tonight I worked out for 25 minutes, did my walk away the pounds dvd, 2 mile walk. I will start with that for the first month and next month kick it up to the walk/kick or something, got switch it up so I dont get bored......
Starting weight is 164......
goal weight is 120.....
I will hit it!!!!
